I am in love with the new Soda Pop Tops in the Stampin' Up! Spring catalog. They are so cute and fun! But if you want to put them on a card project - especially if you plan on mailing said card - they're just a tad bulky. But guess what - you can flatten them in your Big Shot! And it's really fun too! :)
So I wanted to make a video to show you how to properly flatten them so you won't accidentally mess up your Big Shot machine or cutting pads or anything. And I figured I'd show a card while I was at it. I can't take credit for the layout of this card - I've seen similar cards from some other demonstrators and I completely love this sketch. You know me and banners! And doilies, and honeycomb, and Pool Party... :-P You can watch the video here, or on my YouTube channel.
And here's the other card I show in the video. It's made in the same way, just with slightly different supplies. This one's a little bit more CAS, but I like it too.
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Stampin'! :)

Oh WOW!!!!! super fabulous card and idea to use those bottle caps. I got some from a share and they are sitting in a little box on my shelves. This is really nice and I thank you for posting this awesome video tutorial. I can hear the wind blowing in the video so I hope all is good with you. Up here in NW Indiana, the wind is also blowing like 40 m/h. so it's a real bad hair day.
